The hotel is situated in the New Town, at an equal distance from both beaches "Dauli" and "Harmani" of about 10 minutes by food.
All the apartments and the triple room provide a kitchen box supplied with refrigerator, microwave oven, kitchen pots, etc. Both the apartmtments and rooms have a separate bathrooms and are equipped with an air-condition, TV.
